REFLECT. INSPIRE. CHANGE.
December 29th 2018 – January 2nd 2019
Like a mosaic, our life is an assembly of many small pieces. Experiences, people, dreams, fears, strengths and weaknesses. Just by itself, one piece does not create the picture. But if it was missing, the picture wouldn’t be complete. All these pieces together make us whole – they make us, who we are.
When a year comes to an end, we start thinking about making changes. Making lasting changes though is often difficult. As soon as we try to add new pieces to our own mosaic, it is naturally for us to resist and we often go back to patterns we already know and feel comfortable with. Therefore we need to build the awareness and inner strength to add and build new patterns that will allow us to reach our goals. That’s what MOSAIK 1819 is about.
MOSAIK is a five day retreat with different workshops and activities around the topics of reflection, visioning and moving forward. The program is balanced between workshops in the morning and afternoon and free time. There is the option to choose from different modules according to your own needs, but you can also choose to do whatever you feel you need to do.
The most important ingredient for MOSAIK are the people. 30 individuals, each with their own story and loads of fun.
The seminar house is located close to the baltic sea. Surrounded by nature we have an idyllic place to spend New Year’s Eve.
We will provide you with healthy food from morning to evening and of course a special New Year’s Eve Dinner Party.
You will be accommodated in 4 bed dorm rooms with the other amazing people from MOSAIK.
Your journey on MOSAIK is facilitated and organised by a team of five: Ariane, Ines, Nikola, Pascal and Tobias. Even though we have different backgrounds and come from different countries, we are all passionate about personal development.
